Provided Engineering, Programming, on-site comissioning, and web design for a worlds first K-8 school going for Platinum LEED certification (slated to be 12th building in the world with this certification). Campus is controlled by ASI 7540 controllers, Weblink, and integrated into Blue Line Power Solar array system, VAISALA WXT510 Weather Station, SquareD PM800 power meter, Oncon water flow meters, Air Sense CO2 sensors, Climatronics Solar Insolation, and Sierra Instruments Boiler TRAK BTU meters

Installed Honeywell WEBS (Tridium) AX platform DDC controls to control 9th floor of hospital. Four Tuberculosis isolation rooms and Ante rooms, integrating into TSI room controllers via LON, control of all Hot/Cold deck VAV boxes, air handlers, exhaust fans, Phonenix valves on fume hoods, and pharmacy laboratory.

Retrofit of aging and non-functional pneumatic control system. Installed ASI Controls to control VIA the internet, all boilers, pumps, air conditioning systems, along with related VAV boxes. Web access is with a standard IE5.0+  browser, and all graphics are visulaized in 3-D animations.

The Friedman Place, located in Chicago, IL is a home for the blind, it is a beautiful 5 story building,. ASI controls installed by N-Controls Inc., provides a turnkey web based ddc control system, automating the chiller system, high efficiency boiler system, high efficiency domestic hot water system, numerous air handlers with VFD drives, 20 VAV boxes with reheat, and central make up air system. This control project also included a Melink kitchen exhaust hood control system featuring infared sensors, and VFD drives on the exhaust and make-up air systems. 

Using ASI Controls - providing control of 2 large RACAN builtup air handlers including air monitoring stations, humidity control, 50 VAV zones, with SCR reheat. WEB based solutions with 3-D graphics of all related equipment.

Using ASI Controls - providing control of 2 Chillers, 2 Condensor towers, 2 Make-up air systems, 5 Boilers, all related loop pumps, and valves. WEB based solutions with 3-D graphics of all related equipment. Installed 14 ABB VFD drives, controlling all pumps, and eight exhaust fans, and two makeup air systems. Modbus integration into Honeywell RM7800 flame safegaurds on four boilers. System designed by Elara Engineering.

Using ASI Controls - providing control of Chillers, Boilers,  all related loop pumps, and valves, surgery suites, hepa filter monitoring, and  WEB based solutions with 3-D graphics of all related equipment.

Installed 5 (five) Melink Kitchen exhaust hood control systems to reduce overall energy with-in casino support building. Payback targeted for with-in two years.

Using ASI Controls - providing control of 2000 ton condensor tower controlling 6 fans, 2 pumps, and 1 bypass valve. Control logic included lead/lag of fans and pumps daily.

Using ASI Controls providing temperature control solutions for first pilot store "CB2" , involved the retro fit of and old obsolete electro mechanical system, while maintaining  full customer comfort during the retrofit process.

Using ASI Controls, providing a Web based humidity and temperature monitoring system, monitoring mission critical environment for the IT departments
